Once we accept the messiness and imperfection of leading with love it becomes just a little bit easier. Agree, it is all about striving to show up a little bit better than yesterday, while also recognizing, we will have set backs. And advancing beyond those is where magic can happen.
To me, it’s a bit of both — as both noun and verb.
Noun: Love is part of the continuum of feelings along the positivity scale (including contentment, joy, serenity, awe, gratitude, etc.).
Verb: It’s a practice . . . and is the more challenging one when we’re challenged by another.
I’m considering what practices I need to center in order to lead with love in 2026. Goal: 1% better every day.
