Thank you and a small ask for help
Six weeks ago today, I published my first Heart-Strong post on Substack. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all of you. For subscribing. For reading. For thinking about this stuff with me.
The core idea behind this adventure is simple: the world works better when more of us are pulled by love than controlled by fear. As part of that belief, I’m exploring where love and fear show up in the world, especially in the lives of men, and how freeing men from fear-based models of masculinity can heal individuals, communities, and systems.
This isn’t about me providing answers. It’s about exploration and reflection. And hopefully, it’s giving you a chance to reflect too. Where does love show up in your life? Where does fear? Are you showing up the way you want to?
It’s also about building community. Bringing people together around the simple idea that the world works better when more of us are pulled by love than controlled by fear.
And with that, I have an ask for help.
Like. If a post lands for you, like it. It helps more people find it on Substack.
Comment. Even better, comment. What did it bring up for you? What did it make you think about?
Share. If something I write would mean something to someone in your life, share it with them.
These three things help build this community. And the bigger this community gets, the more we can explore together.
Thank you for being part of this.
With heart and gratitude,
Jeremy
